Apartment Complex
Windows and sliding patio doors for 12 apartments — one consistent specification, installed block by block.
Project overview
About this project
A developer completing an apartment block in Gulshan-e-Iqbal needed a single reliable window specification across 12 units — consistent quality, on-time delivery and a price that worked at scale.
Skizo supplied 96 uPVC windows including sliding patio doors for the balconies. Every apartment got the same profile, finish and hardware, which kept the building's exterior uniform and simplified maintenance for the management.
Installation ran block by block alongside the finishing trades, with all 12 apartments completed in ten weeks.
